Entering Selection Mode

Long-press any flight entry, or tap Select in the top toolbar, to enter Selection Mode. Tap individual flights to select them, or use Select All to select everything in the current view. Once you have a selection, three actions become available:

  • Edit — apply a common change across all selected entries
  • Duplicate — create a copy of each selected flight
  • Delete — remove selected entries with a single confirmation

Bulk Edit

When you tap Edit, only the fields you change are applied — untouched fields are left as-is on each flight. The following fields can be bulk-edited:

An INS card also appears when "Log Instructor Time" is enabled in Settings, allowing you to tag or untag selected flights as instructor flights.

Undo

Most actions in Block-Time can be undone from the undo bar that appears at the top of the flight list. Here's what is and isn't undoable from the bulk operations screen:

  • Delete — undoable. The undo bar appears immediately after deletion.
  • Duplicate — undoable. Tap Undo to remove the duplicated flights.
  • Edit — not undoable. Bulk edits are applied directly and cannot be reversed with Undo.
Tip

Undo history is cleared when the app closes. For an additional safety net, keep regular backups via Settings → Backup & Sync.
