Block-Time does not collect, transmit, or have access to any personally identifiable information or usage data from users of the Application. The Application contains no analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or any other third-party data collection mechanisms.

Block-Time utilises Apple CloudKit to synchronise your logbook records and application settings across your personal devices. This synchronisation occurs exclusively within your own iCloud account. At no point does Block-Time have access to, process, or store any data that is transmitted through or held within your iCloud account.

Block-Time does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data processing services. The only external service the Application interfaces with is Apple CloudKit, which operates entirely within your personal iCloud environment as described above.

As Block-Time collects no user data, there is no data to share, sell, or disclose to any third party under any circumstances.

Block-Time retains no user data. Your logbook records and settings, stored within your iCloud account, remain under your full control at all times. This data can be removed at any time by deleting the Application or through the iCloud settings on your device.

Block-Time does not collect data from any users, including children under the age of 13. The Application is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent international regulations.

As Block-Time collects no personal information, there is no data to access, correct, export, or delete. All rights relating to your iCloud-stored data are exercised directly through Apple and your device settings.

Block-Time reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
